Orlando Business Journal interviewed Cassandra Hartford for its September 27 story on entertainment development in Brevard County. Four projects are behind it: Topgolf and Dave & Buster's in Viera, Lynora's in Downtown Melbourne, and the pro soccer district near the Melbourne airport.

Industrial led Brevard County in September with nine deeds of $1 million or more, $31.6 million in total. Retail sold within $10 of its second-quarter price per square foot. Office had one sale above $1 million, and no apartment community recorded a sale.

Brevard County records show Evans MS Holdings LLC took title to Melbourne Square's mall and Dick's Sporting Goods parcels under a deed recorded March 3, 2026 for a consideration of $56.25 million. Orlando Business Journal reports four new tenants; the mall's own directory shows five names added since mid-May.

Viera Voice reports Makoto's To Go among five tenants announced at Stadium Square, the seven-unit center under construction at Pineda Boulevard and Stadium Parkway. Reach Commercial Real Estate represented Makoto's To Go in the lease, signed in August 2025.
