New Melbourne and West Melbourne Commercial Space for Lease

New Melbourne commercial space for lease is hitting the market across office, retail, and flex, from small professional suites to an 8,000 square foot retail box. If you are hunting for space in Melbourne or West Melbourne, here is what just came available, and I represent the tenant side on any of it.
On the Wickham Road corridor
The largest new block is 580 South Wickham Road, an 8,034 square foot retail space in West Melbourne asking about 16 dollars a foot. A few doors up, 635 South Wickham Road offers a 2,018 square foot office and retail suite at 15. Wickham is the spine of the West Melbourne commercial corridor, so good space there rarely sits long.
Office suites
On the office side, 700 North Wickham Road, Suite 207 is a compact 632 square foot suite at the higher end of the market, and 1785 Waverly Place is a larger 2,104 square foot office near downtown at 18 dollars a foot. 115 Hickory Street has a small 504 square foot office for a tenant who needs just a room or two, with the rate available on request.
Retail and restaurant
For a New Haven Avenue address, 2650 West New Haven Avenue is a 2,728 square foot retail and restaurant space, rate on request. Smaller retail is open too: 1915 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard is an 818 square foot bay in the low twenties a foot.
Flex and light industrial
Flex tenants have options on Dow Road. 4000 Dow Road, Suite 1 is a 1,200 square foot unit combining warehouse and office, and a 3,000 square foot industrial space at 4270 Dow Road is also newly listed, with the rate best confirmed on the listing itself.
