A vacant lot of Melbourne commercial land off N Wickham Road sold for $2,000,000, by a deed recorded October 19, 2026. Freedom Point Apartments LLC bought it from CV Melbourne LLC. The Brevard County Property Appraiser's one matching parcel is 1.21 acres with no buildings, which puts the price near $1.65 million an acre if the deed covers only that lot.

The Land

The Brevard County Property Appraiser lists nine CV Melbourne LLC accounts in Section 30, all in the Melbourne taxing district. Eight are Crossroads Village plat lots at 5545 to 5585 N Wickham Rd: a multi-unit retail building, a 9,750 square foot single tenant professional building from 2018, a 17,806 square foot multi-tenant office building from 2008, and vacant commercial lots of 0.89 and 1.78 acres.

The ninth is account 2631702, parcel 26-37-30-00-268, the only unplatted CV Melbourne parcel in the section: 1.21 acres of vacant commercial land, site code Wickham, no site address and no buildings. Its legal description, part of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter, matches the corner the deed index names. As of October 20 the deed had not posted to the account, and an owner search for Freedom Point returned nothing.

If the deed covers only the 1.21 acre parcel, $2,000,000 works out to $1,652,893 per acre. The Clerk's index does not say whether the deed conveys more.
