The Orlando Business Journal reported on October 17 that the property at 3401 W New Haven Ave sold October 8, according to a Brevard County deed. The appraiser lists that address as a retail store, Melbourne retail space in unincorporated District 5.

Kane's Furniture LLC also holds two adjoining vacant parcels: 8.55 acres of vacant commercial land and 4.04 acres of platted residential land. All three accounts show a December 29, 2021 sale at $6,102,500. The Orlando Business Journal's teaser says Kane's first bought the property in 1999 for $835,000, citing the appraiser. As of October 19, the October deed had not posted to any of the three accounts, and an owner search for OPLTD Melbourne returned nothing.
