Stoke Space and Relativity Space are both moving from construction into activation at neighboring launch pads on Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, according to a September 2026 report, with Relativity's broader facility plan still short a named parcel.

An unnamed aerospace company referred to as Project Horseshoe is evaluating space at Titusville's Space Coast Innovation Park, but the airport authority's own report says the project is still in site selection, separate from the September 16 infrastructure groundbreaking.
