NASA Kennedy Space Center is taking proposals to ground lease SCW Parcel 3 (about 40 acres) and SCW Parcel 4 (about 130 acres) in Exploration Park on a 20-year base term, with 2026 base rent ranges of $26,593.38 to $30,905.82 and $17,648.33 to $20,510.23 an acre a year. NASA posted its Q&A answers October 20. Proposals are due November 6, 2026.
